It doesn’t begin and end with a quote. “Sales” is a process of consultation with the objective of designing an operation that optimally fits the three B’s; Budget, Building and Brewing requirements.
MINGHAO Brewing Operations goes the extra mile before the sale to assist with equipment layouts, utility requirements and other critical information so our “potential” customers can make educated decisions regarding the suitability of a property. Contractors often need this level of detail to provide accurate bids that one must have for the bank, or potential investors. Where our competitors often charge heavily for similar service, we feel it’s all part of the MINGHAO way.
Our staff of professional brewers and 2D and 3D drafters work with potential clients to create a safe and productive brewery and/or canning operation. We design for success with efficiency in work and process flow in mind. We specialize in thinking outside the box and making challenging spaces work.
A successful project depends on:
Timely and competent execution of equipment layouts and utility schematics.
Equipment procurement, integration, manufacturing and testing.
Precise logistics management, documentation and detailed communication.
Working seamlessly with the project architects, engineers and contractors.
Scheduling and executing commissioning and training services.
Each of these is essential in creating and maintaining project momentum and accuracy. Our depth of experience in domestic and international project management specific to beverage packaging gives our customers a tremendous advantage. Exceptional manufacturing lead times and adherence to project schedules are a hallmark of MINGHAO
Once your facility is ready for equipment startup, it is time for commissioning and training. It starts with our crew and ends with your brew. A certified MINGHAO brewery technician(s) will arrive to commence with the service agenda which typically includes:
Initial walk-through and agenda review.
Final utility terminations and equipment startup.
Review operator manuals and provide operator training.
Supervised full test of all equipment.
Assist with first brew and/or canning line operation.
When you are comfortable in the driver’s seat, our technician will hand over the keys.
